I ordered some custom buttons for a small event, and to be fair, the print came out really clear. The text was easy to read, and the colors were close to the file I sent, which I appreciated.

That said, a couple of the buttons had tiny little spots if you looked closely. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still a bit annoying since I was hoping they’d all look a little more consistent.

Overall, I’m happy enough with them, and they worked fine for what I needed. I just wish the finish had been more even. I’d probably order again, but I’d be checking them closely next time.

I asked for a basic update on my order and it felt like that was just ignored. The buttons eventually showed up, but they were really late, and the whole thing was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I was just trying to place a simple custom button order, and the site felt frustrating at first, well, actually all the way through for me. The options seemed like they were in different places, so I kept bouncing back and forth trying to figure out what I had already picked.

The uploader and checkout were also kind of unclear, and I wasn’t totally sure if my design had saved correctly. Maybe other people would have an easier time with it, but for me it felt clunky and not very easy to use

The only thing that took a little extra time was figuring out the sizing. I had to click around a bit, and the preview looked a little small on my laptop, but it wasn’t a big deal and I got there after a few tries.
Overall, it worked well and I was able to make what I needed without having to ask anyone for help. Smooth experience, and I’d give it 4 stars

I ordered some buttons with my own artwork on them, and the colors were just not close to what I sent in. The whole thing came out darker and kind of dull, and the blue looked almost purple. I know screens and printing can be different, and I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect or anything, but this felt like more than just a small difference. It’s a shame because I was kind of excited to see them, and then I just kept staring at the color like, wait, is this really the same file? I probably wouldn’t use them again for anything where the colors really matter

I was planning to grab what I needed and stick to my budget, but the prices felt way too high. it kind of ruined my plans because I ended up leaving without getting everything I came for.

There were a lot of ways to customize things, which I appreciated. It did take me longer to set everything up than I expected, but it’s not even about that really, the final buttons still came out looking good. Just wish the setup had been a bit smoother.

The buttons arrived fine, so no real issue there. Nothing was broken or anything, but the packaging just looked kind of rushed, rushed. It wasn’t very neat just okay overall

I had a problem with my order and reached out to PureButtons thinking it would be a simple fix, but wow, it was slow. Slow, slow. Every reply took forever, and it felt like they weren’t really reading what I was saying.

After going back and forth a few times, nothing got solved and I just got tired of dealing with it. Super frustrating experience, really frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

The buttons are okay and do what they’re supposed to, but for the price I expected them to feel a little better or more premium, if that makes sense. Not terrible, just not really worth what I paid.

I was let down by the buttons. The print looked kind of dull, and a few of them had rough edges, so they just didn’t feel like something I’d want to hand out. i’m kind of tired of having to follow up on stuff like this every time an order doesn’t come out right. For the money, I expected better

The proofing process was frustrating. I asked for one simple change and it really felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. We went back and forth way too long, and even the final proof still looked kinda off. I won’t be ordering from purebuttons.com again.
